We are very satisfied with our new clean water. I had my first impression after the installation. I boiled potatoes, and the water was so different. It hasn't foamed over the pot. We need less shampoo, less soap, and less on everything. Some skin problems are gone. We enjoy our coffee in the morning very much. The taste is much better. We are thinking it was a very good decision to buy the system. We are glad to have it. By the way, the guys who installed the system were very nice. They worked very professional, and clean.

Last week a man named Tommy, working for Environmental Protech, was in my home to investigate a leak in, and to change the filters of my reverse osmosis water purification system. What a pleasure it was to have this man in our presence. He was very respectful and cordial.

In this day of rush, rush, rush everywhere, he was very, very pleasant. He cordially explained what and why he was doing it. He answered every question in a very professional manner, and left our home spotless, in his work area, upon completion of his work.

We feel very secure now, after watching this man work on our reverse osmosis system. After working on our storage tank he then checked our water softener system to ensure it was adjusted and operating properly.

If more companies had more men such as Tommy working for them they would be very well off indeed. Thank you for sending Tommy to us.

We recently had the opportunity to see a presentation of the water treatment system from Environmental Tech, presented by Mr. Paul Smith, which ultimately led to our decision to purchase the system.

Our primary concern was the health benefits we would get from having good water. We are James & Gail Bryant, my wife Gail is a surviving cancer patient and through research of our own we already knew that removing the chlorine, and other unwanted chemicals, debris from the water would be a plus, but the pure, clean, refreshing taste of the water made drinking water such a pleasant experience my wife's consumption of water has at least doubled which in turn has allowed her to enjoy the benefits that drinking enough water would naturally give the body.

We have also been able to turn our hot water heater down because the water got so hot you could not hold your hands under the water, not even for a couple of seconds if you ran just hot water.

We have also been able to cut back in other areas such as the amount of coffee used to get the same results, household cleaning products and our largest savings is not having to buy bottled water anymore, which we spent $40.00 to $50.00 every month. I would like to thank Mr. Paul Smith and the entire staff at Environmental Protech for the courteous and professional way they handled our business and I would recommend the water treatment system provided by Environmental Protech to anyone that is interested in improving the quality of water in their home.

Dear Bill:

I am delighted to add my praise to that of so many others who have purchased the EnviroTech water filtration system from you. I must be honest and say that I was skeptical of the product when I scheduled the appointment to meet with you. I really did not think that any filtration system could make very much difference in the quality of water that I had in my home.

Surprisingly, your demonstration addressed the very issue that I was already beginning to face in a brand new home. I had noticed that in less than 3 months I was getting water stains and accumulations of calcium deposits. I was already looking for products that would clean up the mess without damaging my sinks, showers, and tubs. I also was acutely aware of the debris and chemical residue in ALL tap water and had addressed that personal concern by buying bottled drinking water.

Your presentation gave me the real picture of what was in my water and I knew immediately I wanted to do something to clean it up. Your additional claims that water filtrated through your system would be softer and no longer stain my sinks was an extra bonus, and definitely things I wanted to have happen.

My water has undergone an amazing transformation. I love having soft water, and enjoy the reaction of my family and friends after they take a bath or shower then come out and ask me why my water feels so good and remark on how wonderful their hair feels.

It is also much cheaper to have endless clean and clear water directly out of my tap, and it's a relief to not have to worry about remembering to use bottled water when I make tea or coffee.

The problems that were developing from the water residue and hard water stains have completely disappeared. You told me that I could use the water directly from the tap to clean glass and I have found that you were not just giving me a sales pitch. It is so delightful to just squeegee down the glass walls after the shower and to have them clear, clean and sparkling.

I also feel good knowing that buying this system was an environmentally friendly act. I've reduced the number of plastic bottles I use; I've reduced the amount of water I use; and I've reduced the amount of cleaning products that I use. I think that is an excellent start on my own attempts to make a difference for the planet!

Your service has been excellent and everything you promised about your product and your company has been true. It's been a great experience dealing with such a reputable organization and salesman.

I hope that the addresses I've provided for referrals are still good. I let the Houston area several years ago and have just returned, so I don't know if I've got current addresses for everyone on my list. I did try to just focus on people that I thought were still living at the same address that I used for my last Christmas card list. You also may encounter people who do not know my current last name. Most of my friends in the Houston area knew me as Sharon Jaynes.

Dear Robert and Mindy:

Since the last installation of our new water treatment/reverse osmosis system, we noticed a change immediately. Before I get into all of the great things we have noticed, I would like to commend your company for terrific customer service. From the time Steve Mills arrived at our door to the time Robert Kersey dropped off the cleaning products, there was nothing but satisfaction. The knowledge and information your guys provided was nothing short of amazing. You left no question unanswered.

Now to the great things we have experienced even in the short time that we've had the system. First of all, our shower stall has never looked cleaner and when we do clean it, it's so easy.

Usually after three or four uses, there was a soap/hard water film on the glass thick enough to make a bar of soap and it took a lot of time and elbow grease to get it off. Second, the water from the reverse osmosis system is great. The crew hooked it up to the refridgerator and the ice looks so much clearer and doesn't have that smell or taste of chlorine. Last, but certainly not least, the cleaning products are great. Our skin feels smooth and our clothes come out of the dryer much softer without the use of fabric softeners or dryer sheets.

I am writing this letter to let you know how satisfied I am with my water filtration system. I have enjoyed drinking pure, clean water and my appliances are getting slowly cleaned out. During the demonstration, I was appalled to see how much soap was left in the washrag after I had already washed it. Now my clothes look and smell much cleaner and I am using just a little soap. My dishes are also coming out with fewer spots on them and the mineral deposits are disappearing from our faucets. I feel that my appliances, my hot water heater and my pipes are going to last much longer. My coffee and tea taste so much better and my skin is not as dry as it once was before I got the system. Since the day it was installed, it has made our lives healthier and household chores easier than before. Dear Walter:

Our family has had the water purification system for 3 weeks. We cannot seem to praise it enough.

Our 9 year old son has had extra dry skin since birth. His itching had caused him to scratch and gouge at his legs, arms, and backside. Scabs from this scratching were all over his body. Lotions and special soaps could not relieve his irritation. Since the short time after installation, the scabs are gone and the itching subsided.

Blue jeans and other articles of clothing are soft. The lint trap has been half the normal amount. Clothes seem brighter and cleaner. We no longer need fabric softener and seldom use bleach of any kind. The ironing is even easier!!

The money we save by not having to use certain soaps, softeners, rinses, etc. are becoming more and more apparent. The quality products that are included in the purchase plan saves us even more.

My husband has worked on his auto. Covered with grease; he hit the shower with the all-purpose cleanser. The grease was cut through with a minimum amount of scrubbing. Even his fingernails were clean.

It was a total shock going into someone's apartment for a drink of water. The chlorine smell seemed over powering and the taste almost fishy.

Something new always seems to arise every day. It just confirms our decision to purchase this system was the correct one.

Dear Robert and Mindy,

I can't believe it's been 3 years since we bought our water softener/water purification system from you. We've been pleased with the results. I really like the drinking water because it has no 'taste', which is just how water is supposed to be! Also, I don't have to worry about drinking chemicals and pollutants.
