In January, I wanted to take some time to answer some of our most asked questions.

These are questions we get asked daily from Houstonians calling in ready to make a change in their water quality.

But a quick note… before I started writing this blog and helping with some of the marketing aspects of Environmental ProTech, I was just the daughter of the owners.

I’ve been in the water business my whole life.

I’ve had access to THE BEST water… my whole life.

When I went to college and was introduced to dorm showers and water bottle refill stations, it was shocking to realize the difference in what my experience was like before.

I simply had no idea how lucky I was.

As I share about water now and all the in-depth realities of how water impacts our bodies, health, skin, appliances, and homes… I’m humbled and grateful.

I didn’t know bad water.

My hope in sharing the answers to our most asked questions is not just to inform you, but to help you take the plunge to get the water you and your family deserve.

I hope that’s with us, because I whole heartedly believe we’re the best in the business!!

But if that’s not, I hope you still find the right water solution for you.

You deserve it.

Without further adoo…

My plumbing is aging so much faster in Houston.. why?

Hard water deposits narrow pipes over time, reducing flow and increasing pressure on plumbing. This leads to leaks, corrosion, and costly repairs. A water softener protects your plumbing infrastructure from mineral damage. Think of it as preventative maintenance for your entire home.

Why Environmental ProTech
